As an Independent Appraiser – 
Both the Insurer and Policyholder have the right to seek an independent appraiser should a legitimate claim disagreement arise. Benchmark can evaluate the insurance claim damage, provide an independent, unbiassed, estimate to reach an accurate settlement for the true "amount of loss".
As an Appraisal Umpire – the appraisers evaluate the loss independently, but, if they cannot agree, an Appraisal Umpire is selected to mediate. Benchmark can be relied upon to provide an impartial detailed review & analysis rendering an intelligent decision based on equal parts of professional construction and property claim adjusting experience.
As an Expert Witness – in the event of failing to reach a settlement through the Appraisal process and the parties find themselves in legal litigation, Benchmark can provide expert testimony.
